ICoS is very complex and the most epic (both in length and plot) slash story that I've read so far. So rec'ing sth in that vein is quite difficult. I heard that "The Adiminstration" (http://www.mannazone.org/zone/index.html) is quite good but I personally never got past the first part because I didn't like one of the main characters. Maybe I'll give it another shot in the future.
"Captive Prince" (on my list, too) is also one that feels quite epic in scale. By now I think it's only available as ebook/print though. It's a fantasy trilogy, so not sure if that's up your alley but there's a lot of mysteries and secrets, deception and intricate plot lines and both main charas are very complex. Definitely worth its money.
Another one I can recommend is "Close Protection". There's a lot of sex in it but the story is very compelling and exciting. You should hurry though because the author will take down all of her public stories on the web on 13th June. Fictionpress doesn't allow copy&paste, however, you can use ficsave.com to save the fics to read.
